About Viki

Supportive, thoughtful and grounded in real experience.

I’m Viki Howden. I work with leaders, professionals and people-first organisations who want to grow stronger, more confident and more self-aware. I love what I do, and I’m passionate about the power of coaching and mentoring. I’ve seen first-hand the remarkable changes that happen when people choose brave reflection, learning and a growth mindset.

I’m known for creating a safe, honest space for reflection, because real growth doesn’t come from pretending everything is fine. Alongside lived experience (and a good dose of humour), I bring strong professional foundations as an EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach, Chartered Manager and Chartered CIPD professional.

 

People work with me because I offer thoughtful challenge alongside genuine commitment to their growth. I’m comfortable holding big conversations and asking the questions that open up new perspectives. That’s why my coaching, mentoring and supervision support lasting development

Flexible Learning and Development Support

For organisations that don’t have in-house L&D capacity, or need extra hands and thinking power, I offer flexible L&D outsourcing. This can include designing and delivering leadership development, supporting learning strategy, embedding reflective practice, and creating people-centred development programmes that actually get used.

It’s a practical, human approach to building learning cultures that support both performance and wellbeing. A win both commercially, and for the wellbeing and sustainability of employees.
