Real growth starts with courage. Transformation starts with you.

I’m Viki, an EMCC-accredited coach, Chartered Manager and Chartered CIPD professional.

Since 2019, I’ve been helping leaders, executives and organisations unlock their true potential. But my story isn’t a straight line - I’m human too! Like many of my clients, I’ve faced challenges, like mental health struggles, loss, impostor syndrome and the uncertainty of moving countries while navigating parenthood. Every challenge shaped me, tested me and ultimately fuelled my passion for coaching.

Coaching gave me the tools to reframe setbacks into opportunities. Now, I do the same for others. My mission is simple: to empower people to lead with courage, clarity and authenticity.

I know what it feels like to doubt yourself, to feel the weight of expectations, or to question whether you’re good enough… Because I’ve been there. I discovered that growth isn’t about being fearless but about finding the courage to move forward despite the fear.

My coaching journey started when I realised the power of reframing challenges. I used to see setbacks as failures. Now, I see them as fuel for growth. And that’s exactly what I help my clients discover: resilience to thrive even in the toughest circumstances.

Over the past seven years, I’ve supported people and organisations across industries to unlock their potential. From guiding directors through organisational change, to helping managers build confidence and impact, to designing training programmes that shift culture, I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can transform not just careers, but lives.

My approach is human-first. That means you’re at the centre of every session, no matter if it is a one-to-one coaching or a training session. I’ll create a safe, energising space where you can explore challenges without judgment and I’ll ask the tough questions that unlock new ways of thinking. I balance this with practical strategies that deliver real-world results. You’ll leave our sessions inspired and equipped with clear, actionable next steps.

If you’re an individual ready to take the next step or leading an organisation committed to empowering people, I can relate: when you grow, everyone around you grows too.
