Is coaching only for individuals, or do you offer services for businesses and teams?In addition to individual coaching, I offer services for businesses, teams, and leaders. My team coaching and leadership development programs can be customised for organisational needs.

How often are coaching sessions typically scheduled?The frequency of coaching sessions depends on individual preferences and goals. Sessions can be bi-weekly, monthly, or as mutually agreed upon based on your needs and availability.

What is the cost of coaching services?The coaching fees vary based on the type of coaching and the package selected. Please book a call for detailed information about pricing and packages.

What happens if I no longer want to continue with the sessions?Sometimes our circumstances change, and you will feel that the sessions are no longer appropriate to your progress. It is perfectly fine to stop the coaching relationship. As part of the contracting for the services, you will receive details regarding cancellation and you will have the opportunity to stop the coaching relationship. In such a case, please give plenty some notice.

Are coaching services confidential?Yes, confidentiality is a priority. All information shared during a coaching session is treated with the utmost privacy and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, except in cases where required by law, or there is specific safeguarding concerns. Further details around these exceptions will be discussed in the contracting.

What is your coaching approach or methodology?My approach is based around strength development, creative solution finding, and growth mindset. As my client, you are in the centre of these sessions, so we will focus on your goals and how to achieve these. At times, I will challenge your perceptions and capabilities to enable you to grow, with the use of powerful questions and reflections.

How many coaching sessions will I need?The number of sessions varies based on individual goals and needs, but typically around 3-5 sessions are provided. During an initial consultation, we can discuss a personalised coaching plan that aligns with your objectives.

Can coaching help with specific challenges like time management or career transitions?Yes. Coaching is designed to address various challenges, including time management, career transitions, and goal achievement. I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.

What qualifications and experiences do you have?I am an EMCC Practitioner level Coach, Chartered Manager, and Chartered Member of the CIPD. I have a MSc in Human Resource Management, CIPD Level 7 qualification in Organisational Learning and Development, CIPD Level 7 qualification in Leadership Development, and ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and mentoring. I have trained nearly 120 coaches in the last 5 years; and have 190 hours of coaching practice. I have worked with a range of individuals, who wanted to achieve their goals, either on a personal or on a professional level.

Is coaching conducted in person or online?Coaching sessions are primarily conducted online, offering flexibility and convenience. I use Microsoft Teams for the virtual sessions. If you would like in-house, face to face organisational coaching sessions, please book a call to discuss. If you are local to me, I am happy to meet you or even offer coaching while walking sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?I understand that, sometimes, things come up. I would appreciate a 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, please. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a full session fee.

Do you offer group coaching sessions?Yes, I provide both individual and group coaching sessions. Group coaching can be a cost-effective way to benefit from coaching, while sharing insights with peers.

How does coaching differ from therapy or counselling?While therapy often focuses on addressing past issues and emotional healing, coaching is future-oriented, concentrating on setting and achieving goals. It's action-driven and typically not centred around diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If as part of the sessions I feel that a different type of intervention would suit you better, I will advise you around these.
