I’m Viki Howden, an EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited coach, Chartered Manager and Chartered CIPD professional. Since 2018, I’ve supported leaders, professionals and organisations to grow their confidence, clarity and leadership capability.

I work across coaching, leadership development, supervision and learning and development, supporting people to reflect honestly, learn from challenge and grow into the leaders they want to be, while also paying attention to the ethical responsibilities and impact of people-focused work

My Approach to Coaching & Leadership Development

Coaching helped me reframe setbacks into learning, and that perspective shapes how I work with others. Growth isn’t about being fearless; it’s about having the courage to move forward with awareness, support and intention.

My approach is:

Focused on building confidence, self-awareness and capability
Attentive to ethical practice and the responsibilities of working with people
Practical enough to create change in real work contexts

Whether I’m working 1:1 with a leader, supporting reflective practice through supervision, or partnering with an organisation to develop its people, the focus is on meaningful change that lasts.

Over the past seven years, I’ve worked with individuals and organisations across sectors to support leadership development, organisational learning and culture change.

This includes:

Supporting directors and senior leaders through organisational change
Coaching managers to build confidence, clarity and impact
Supporting coaches and leaders to reflect on their practice and how they show up in their work with others
Designing leadership and learning programmes that strengthen people-first cultures

My common thread is helping people think differently, learn from experience and lead with greater confidence and integrity.
