Executive coaching provides senior leaders with a structured, reflective space to think strategically, challenge assumptions, and enhance personal effectiveness.
Through confidential one-to-one coaching, leaders explore goals, behaviours, and leadership styles, building the awareness and capability needed to perform at their best in complex environments.
Tailored to organisational context and individual objectives, coaching strengthens decision-making, influence, and emotional intelligence. It empowers leaders to lead with authenticity and resilience while balancing strategic demands with personal wellbeing.
My experience
I am working with leaders since 2018, either through delivering leadership development programmes or providing 1:1 coaching, personalised to individual needs. I have experience working with aspiring managers to head of departments, responsible for multiple layers of management teams.
I worked with leaders who were facing a range of dilemmas;
-
Ethical questions when making strategic decisions,
-
Overcoming burnout and deciding to change career directions as a result
-
Finding work-life balance and prioritising health over workload
-
Feeling frustrated while in the boardroom
-
Helping leaders finding their voice in a constructive manner
-
Understanding values and developing emotional intelligence
-
Giving an emotional release space especially for leaders working in high pressure environments, e.g. police, NHS.
-
Understanding values and leadership styles
I act as a sounding board and hold the space for leaders to reach their desired goals. I am collaborating with other practitioners who can carry out psychometric testing if any of my clients wish to have this included in their development programme.
